I'd like to do 2(a): "we're here to help our organisations do better work AND implement the records act in the background - and foreground if needed; but making sure it aligns with / takes into account existing business processes"
I think we have to help our organisation do things they want to do, and do them better than they could without our help. What I keep finding is that our organisations really want help getting their work done, and they don't want help with the records act - but improved ability to comply with the records act seems to be an inevitable by-product of helping people do better work.
