Where are the records adoption models?

Technology has a heap of them.

And IT seems to be the one winning at the moment.

We don't have adoption models.

We don't measure the adoption of our policy.

And generally, across the board - we're not getting adoption.

Am I wrong?

Do these things seem like they could be related?
