What records first step should be with copilot

Personally, if I were in an organisation advising on records at the moment, I'd write a whitepaper.

Outline the possible gains.

Outline the risk.

Outline what the process of getting the "house in order" would look like and some rough order of magnitude scenario based costs.

Then recommend a controlled pilot.

Small group.

Controlled conditions.

High-impact area of the organisation.

Small, cleaned up corpus of data - small enough that it's manageable in a short period of time.

Be an enabler.

They want to use it.

Give them a way.

If you say no, they'll just find someone else to write the whitepaper.
