The simplest way to get funding for records

Is to create a link between records and financial outcomes.

Reduce costs.

Improve revenues.

It's all possible.

There are other ways, but everything else is harder.

Records management exists to make sure that specific levels of quality are achieved by the information that the organisation uses.

If we can't link the quality of the records we have to costs and revenues we're just not going to get funded.
