1. Things that will help them produce the results that they're paid to produce.
2. Things that will save them time.
Managers also care about two types of things -
1. Things that will help them achieve the results they need.
2. Things that will help them achieve the results they need at a lower cost.
If we're not talking to them about these things, we're not speaking their language.
