How do we change records from ineffective to effective?

This is a real question for everyone who reads this blog.

I think that if we had one sentence from everyone who reads it with an idea, we'd probably have the fodder we need to solve most of our problems.

There's a catch though.

I'd like you to answer how WE change.

When I ask this question, the answer I get back most often involves someone else with authority coming and making people do "the right thing" - which just means what we want them to do.

We've been waiting for that for decades, it’s not going to happen. There’s no one coming to save us - it has to be us.

How can WE change in order to be effective?
