When you ask people in your organisation what the gains are from records, what do they tell you?
Do they tell you…
“It's helped me organise my work so that now I can just go to what I need.”
“The performance of my whole team has gone up and processes are much more reliable because we’re capturing the information we need at the best possible time.”
“Making data-driven decisions is easy, because the quality of our records is high.”
“Our audits are now a snap because compliance is built in and easy to prove.”
If you're not getting any of those stories, your program is probably in trouble.
A program without gains is like a business that doesn’t yet know it’s insolvent.
Sooner or later, the money runs out.
In a time of peak sesquipedalianism I really appreciate your straight talking and real-world examples Karl.
